Go to the Request Registration page, and follow the instructions that follow.
When we receive a request for registration a response is sent out immediately. This response contains the instructions necessary for completing the registration process. We do not control how quickly this email arrives in your email Inbox; this is determined by your email service provider. However, if you think there is an undue delay in receiving our email check that it has not been routed into your 'Junk' or 'Bulk' email folders. The email is sent from 'noreply@bnf.org', so some systems may see this as spam.
Alternatively, you may have accidentally misspelt your email address when requesting registration so the email will never arrive where you are expecting it. Try requesting registration again; go to the Request Registration page, and follow the instructions that follow.
Some email clients wrapped this long URL over several lines thus rendering it invalid. In addition, some systems do not allow you to copy the broken URL into your browser's address bar. If the URL has been broken and is displayed over several lines, copy and paste the whole URL into a text editor (e.g. Notepad). Make sure any angle brackets and linebreaks are removed so that the URL is one continuous string. Now copy the URL from the text editor into the address bar of your browser and press 'enter' on your keyboard. This should open a page containing a registration form that requests some more information about you.
The password is case sensitive. Make sure you are entering your password in the same case as when you registered.
The only other time this message appears is if the spelling of the email address and/or password is different from that used during the registration process. Most commonly this relates to the password. If you are sure that you are trying to log in with the correct spelling of your password, it is possible that you accidentally misspelt it during the registration process. Try changing your password.
To change your password, go to the forgotten password page, and work through the instructions that follow. This link can be used to change your password irrespective of whether or not you've forgotten it.
From time to time users may wish to change the email address provided during the original registration process. To do this it is necessary to re-register using the new email address. There is no need to change your password in order to register a new email address. Click here to register a new email address.
If you wish to change your password, or have forgotten your current password, click here (http://bnfc.org/bnfc/password.htm) and follow the on-screen instructions.
Unfortunately, no further technical support for the registration process is available. This website is offered as a free resource; as such we cannot provide further technical support for the registration process. This policy will be regularly reviewed in the expectation that support will be provided when resources allow.
